Compliance Line

At DataVolt, we are dedicated to upholding the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and ethical conduct at all our operations. To foster an environment where open and honest communication is encouraged, we have established a confidential Compliance Hotline.

Purpose of the Compliance Hotline

The Compliance Hotline serves as a secure channel for employees, partners, clients, and other stakeholders to report any concerns related to unethical behavior, violations of company policies, or legal non-compliance. We value your input in identifying and addressing issues that may compromise our commitment to ethical business practices.

What to Report

We encourage you to report any activities that you believe may be unethical, illegal, or in violation of DataVolt’s policies. Examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Fraudulent activities
  • Financial misconduct
  • Conflicts of interest
  • Harassment or discrimination
  • Safety or environmental hazards
  • Unauthorized disclosure of confidential information

How to Report

You can submit a report through our secure Ethics Reporting Hotline, managed by EthicsPoint, which ensures confidentiality and anonymity (if desired).

After submitting a report, you will receive a unique report key and password. Please retain this information to follow up on your report or provide additional details.

Non-Retaliation Policy

DataVolt strictly prohibits any form of retaliation against individuals who report concerns in good faith. We are committed to protecting the rights of those who come forward and ensuring that all reports are handled with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.

Our Commitment

As a leading provider of sustainable and scalable digital infrastructure, DataVolt integrates ethical considerations into every facet of our operations. Your vigilance and willingness to report concerns are vital in helping us maintain our standards and continue to innovate responsibly.
